Vehicle Cleaning & Disinfecting Procedure against Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Wij geven om uw veiligheid terwijl u met ons reist, daarom hebben we al onze chauffeurs met de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie (Die) en CDC – Centrum voor ziektebestrijding & Prevention recommended guidelines for basic protective measures against the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Uw gezondheid en veiligheid zijn nu meer dan ooit onze prioriteit, as well as that of our drivers.

Where will i meet my driver when I arrive at the airport?

Driver’s will be waiting outside holding your name on a sign or the company logo .

I didn't get my confirmation email, what should i do?

if you did not receive a email confirmation within 1 hour , please contact us and we’ll be happy to send the confirmation voucher.

How much luggage can I take with me?

What should i do if my flight is cancelled?

If your flight get cancelled , please send us email with your new itinerary. .

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight get delay , don’t worry; we do monitored the flight status. Echter , if your flight is a charter flight please send us an email informing us any delay.

Can I cancel my booking?

Ja , cancellation it’s free 24 hours prior your trip.

How can I change my booking?

Please , go to ViewChange booking menu at the top, enter your reservation code and your email address used in that reservation , click on view.

Are the vechicle insured ?

All vehicle’s are insured and regularly inspected by the ministry of tourism of Dominican Republic.

Are armored vehicle available?

we have armored military grade Suv’s available

Can i smoke in the vehicle ?

Smoke is not allowed in any of our vehicles. if you would like to smoke, please ask the driver to wait for you until you smoke.

My location is not listed , what shoul i do?

Please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to add your location.

Can order drinks for my booking ?

Sure, we have a wide variety of drinks available , however if the drink that you are looking for is not listed , please contact us and we’ll be happy to add it for you.

Can i change the selected vehicle after reservation ?

sure, you can go to my booking and make any update from there.

Are the transfers Private ?

All our’s transfers are private.
